The regulations here define the operational rules for a mission involving time travel.
Command Structure
During a temporal mission the highest ranking Temporal Operative supersedes the command of non-operative personnel. As such a Temporal Operative whom is a Captain may override the orders of an Admiral during a temporal mission, with regards to that mission.
