Artifacts with unexplained properties are classified by any attribute which has been discovered. Each greek symbol denotes a particular quality of the artifact, allowing agents to quickly classify and understand the potential of any given artifact.

| Delta | Can be used to travel in some way. | Must also be classified with Sigma and/or Tau. |
| Epsilon | Gives the ability to somehow change the shape or nature of matter. | Often seen with Sigma artifacts. |
| Eta | Possesses elemental properties, able to control or otherwise influence one of the mythic four elements of Fire, Wind, Water, Earth. | Usually co-classified as Mu. |
| Iota | Possesses properties which manipulate emotional states. | |
| Mu | Defies conventional explanation and determined use Magical Energy | |
| Rho | Conveys some form of psionic abilities. | Some artifacts enhance existing abilities. Those that grant the ability to use psionic energy and thus give psionic abilities, are co-classified as Omega. |
| Sigma | Has the ability to manipulate the shape of the fabric of space or the relationship between an objects (or its own) relationship with the space around it. | |
| Tau | Has the ability to bend or otherwise alter the flow of time. | Often seen with Sigma artifacts and co-classified as Omega. Use extreme caution! |
| Upsilon | Unknown abilities or properties | Use extreme caution! |
| Phi | Object is capable alerting the state, shape, or type of matter. | Often co-classified as Omega when matter can be altered at a distance. |
| Omega | Incredibly dangerous artifacts of any other classification. | Do not handle or allow others to handle Omega artifacts without express approval in the presence of command personnel! |
