Thruster pods are external devices that can be attached to objects in space. They have independent fusion reactors and five thruster ports. Designed to be attached and remote contorlled they can be networked abd commanded to do rudimentary tasks such as "hold position" or "move 23° y axis and 4° z axis for 30 seconds at 20 kph".

Most often they are attached to ships without propulsion to allow maneuvering remotely or maintain position in a group during repair operations or long term storage. They are also commonly attached to cargo containers to maintain position in orbit pending processing.

Attachment Methods

  • Magnetic Lock
  • Piston Bolting
  • Tethers
