Able to levitate (Being its primary way to move). Able to freeze water and manipulate water (Cannot unfreeze water). Able to keep the the temperature of Ice's shell low. Able to create vibrations using its shell to comunicate. Ice cannot permenantly use its abilities and would require a resting period to recover its energy. Without Ice's shell it cannot use any of its abilities and will be completely defenseless.
Background
Ice is from an isolated severe cold Ice planet which is normally controlled by a hive mind. If the Ice is disconnected from the hive mind it will have to learn everything on its own and because Ice is in a different universe it's hive mind connection is disconnected.
Other Details
Ice is actually controled by a crystal which the Hive mind under normal circumstances would be able to connect to with ease. The crystal requires a shell around it to actually move and without that something that Crystal cannot do anything. The shell is required to be clear as Ice sees through the crystal and not the shell itself. The crystal has a melting temperature of about 2500F. Ice is able to move the crystal inside of its shell but normall it is in the center. The crystal is fairly durable making it difficult to destroy using brute force.
