Kathiya is wholly devoted to the Emperor- well, almost. A certain Admiral had caught her eye shortly before she spliced, and they'd had a short romance. Other than that, most of her personality and responses to things is based off of whether it matches up with the Emperor's will.

- Acts of Faith
- In times of extreme stress or need, Sisters (and Celestians especially) can have some sort of act of faith. Whether that be bullets bouncing off of her, a wound being healed, friend being revived, etc etc. They only happen very rarely, and can't be relied on. The Sister has no control over when or where an act of faith occurs.
Special Skills
She's trained in the ways of the Emperor, and specifically as a Dominion Sister Novice. She also has experience as a Palatine. Her combat skills focus more on melee.
Special Equipment
Sororitas power armor and helmet. Bolt pistol, and power sword. Some special charms and blessings on her armor to keep her safe.
Background
Kathiya, like all Sororitas, would not remember her home. Aside for vague recollections of some past life in her formative years before being sent to the Schola Progenitum she would not be able to tell you her last name, who her parents were, or what planet she was from.
All she knows is the Schola, Ecclesiarchy, and her service to the Emperor. She was a bright student, and a fierce fighter. Kathiya graduated into the 8th mission, within the Order of the Argent Shroud, at the age of 16 as a Novice, and after becoming a full fledged Battle Sister she saw her first real combat on the planet of Velourus.
She spent around two years as a Battle Sister before finding a better role as a Dominion shortly after. From here, she spent most of her career as a Dominion. After a few more campaigns she became a Sister Superior, in command of her own fellowship.
It was during this period of her career that she achieved Celestian status. A campaign against Nurgle Chaos with another mission of Sororitas, and two regiments of Imperial guard. The fight had gone south, and the small group were holding a hill, buying time for reinforcements to arrive. The guard regiments had taken heavy casualties, and were forced to fall back. However, this left large gaps in the line of the Sororitas, and so Kathiya went- with two other Dominions- to hold the line in the stead of the guard. Their plan was to use whatever guard weaponry had been left behind, and their own armaments to hold the enemy off for as long as possible.
Through sheer faith and willpower, the three Sisters held off swathes of Chaos forces for a total of sixteen hours until a reinforcing division of guard arrived to relieve them, and a counter attack was organized. Kathiya and her fellow Dominions were heavily injured, and in the end one of these Sisters succumbed to her injuries.
The other two, were given Celestian status, and Kathiya was promoted to the command squad of her mission as the bodyguard of her Palatine until finally being promoted to command of the 8th mission.
Recently, after valiant actions in her recent campaigns she has been promoted to the rank of Cannoness Commander and given two more missions under her lead.
