Tritanium-Neutronium alloys are constructed from the atom up. Made by taking a large quantity of tritanium and putting into a partially phased state, with a matter-energy phase ratio of at least 27.21% phase. Neutronium is then similarly phased with a much higher matter-energy phase ratio of 52.61%. The materials are then overlayed on top of each other and their phase ratios slowly brought together at 15.11% matter-energy phase. The matter is rephrased into normal space controlling the phase-shifting forcing the materials to form a series of covalent lattices of tritanium surrounding neutronium nano-tube fibers that reinforce the tritanium lattices.

Molding & Shaping

The resulting alloy has the unique property of becoming more malleable as an electro-static field is applied. Using highly cohesive EM fields the substance can be molded into required shapes and then can be set into its desired shape by applying an inverted graviton field, which tightens the molecular lattice and sets the shape.

Unique Properties

The substance is metallic in nature but can actually store incredible amounts of energy within the neutronium nano-tubes, protected from EM leakage by the tightly coupled tritanium lattices. It also is the strongest artificially created substance known to exist, though not as strong as neutronium itself it is far easier to work with. Once set the alloy can withstand both extreme heat and cold as well as a variety of spacial forces.

Development

Developed as a replacement for the Naquadah substance found in the original Stargates, since it is not known to exist in this reality. While it does not store or produce energy like Naquadah does, it is a suitable replacement as it can withstand the subspace forces at work when forming a wormhole.
