Some of these could be ailments of the mind but are often associated with the participation in some unexplained, mystical, or supernatural event. They often begin to store their gold in a hidden place or bury it.

Tinder Sickness
Gives you a dry cough and vulnerability to fire damage, you explode if you are dropped to zero hit points by fire damage. You will also develop a fear of flames and fire which may outlast the condition.
Wraith Eyes
Inability to see anything except for the auras of living things, otherwise is completely blind.
