While Aiden is casual person he care about everyone he serves with, he still griefs over death of his comrades and brother but attempts to hide it under fassade of calmness. He is cautionous to new people, and at first keeps distance knowing how fragile life is from first hand, but after he get to know someone better, he is good friend to have around.

Background
Aiden joined army with his brother Sean when he was 16, after passing basic training he got assigned to Airborne unit in 82nd division and, after passing additional training began his tour of duty. He was one of lucky survivors from Nimejigen during Market Garden operation. At same time he lost brother during finnal push on bridge. Being proposed a time off he declined joining his unit during paradroop on operation Varsity in Ruhr. His C-47 was hit by AA fire but kept in air despite severly damaged wing. When red light finnaly shined he and his comrades hooked up and shortly after jumped out, after Aiden took his turn and jumped... he realised something is wrong. he couldn't see any other paratrooper nor hear the plane, in addition, factory he was supposed to drop into... wasn't there intead there was large amount of grass and some trees
