Background

Percy is an assistant at Taren's scientific research facility, the Aspen Institute. His pendant fell out of a Splice one day. He firmly believes that his adoptive brother Chris is still alive, and his hopes were half-confirmed when he found out that Chris is still alive, and living on the Blazing Umbra Station. He joined his other brother Taren in heading up to the station with Chris and Alyssa.
