She was confiscated off the coast of Baja California in a joint operation between the United States Navy and MI-6. The operation called Midnight Fury stopped a powerful Vampire from seducing a new batch of young women to be his Vampiric Servants. He would use such servants are mules to pass heroine in and out of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and much of Europe.
Admiral Thomas himself took temporary command of the vessel after her cargo of 6 young girls was escorted off the vessel and onto a United States destroyer. Thomas then used the vessel to lure out others in the criminal organization. After the case was closed she was put up for auction with other drug related assets by the DEA and purchased by a shell corporation based on Los Angeles.
