Admiral Thomas himself took temporary command of the vessel after her cargo of 6 young girls was escorted off the vessel and onto a United States destroyer. Thomas then used the vessel to lure out others in the criminal organization. The vessel was then reported as "missing", even though a full forensic workup was completed by the CIA and FBI. After the case was closed she was put up for auction with other drug related assets by the DEA and purchased by a shell corporation based on Los Angeles.
