She is a special weapons make of the Flyer Class space craft. It carries the special weapons registry prefix of SPL and is a classified ship. It does not show up with any detail in any Federation database other than those linked to Section 31. Normally the vessel shows up as an unknown vessel but in some situations the name and registry have been listed as active without detail on crew, mission, etc..
The ship's standard micro torpedo launchers were removed to make room for speed and maneuverability enhancements.

Impulse Boosters in Operation
Notes - The SIF & IDF fields when put to maximum power take the shields down to minimum levels, the cloaking device cannot operate at the same time as the other systems when at full power. The holographic systems use the same matrix memory and thus cannot be active at the same time, excluding the specialized hull markings.
ALICE Customization
The ALICE system has been customized so that it displayed the image of a Klingon and uses a custom language syntax in line with a Klingon speaking fluent English with native idioms and language schema intact.
