Perhaps one of the most recognizable and famous starship designs in history. The Constitution Class was the design of the USS Enterprise during the 22nd century under the historic command of Captain James T. Kirk. The vessel was the backbone of the Federation fleet during that time period, so much so that later on it was refit into the Constitution Refit Class to extend its life span even further. The ship has one of the most robust and durable space-frame designs in Federation history.
