Power and Propulsion
The ships unique design uses a powerful matter/antimatter reactor core and an intelligent power routing system which diverts power to the highest priority system, as designated by the commanding officer, operations officer, or chief engineer at the time.
Stealth Capabilities
During stealth maneuvers where the cloaking system is active, the ships power systems are reduced to minimal levels, just enough to operate the cloaking system and surveillance systems. This is done to minimize the energy signature of the ship while cloaked, at minimal power the ships weapons are offline and her warp drive is limited to warp 4.5 to avoid detection. Likewise the impulse system is limited to approximately 37% power for the same reason.
Due to the high power nature of the ships reactor core and warp drive, the energy signature modification system is capable of deploying the ships energy field to look like a ship of significantly higher size while not under cloak. This gives the ship much more flexibility when it comes to covert maneuvers involving hiding in plain sight.
Support Craft
The ship is equipped with a minimal aspect shuttle bay on the underside. She is equipped with a single Danube Class Runabout as well as two Type 6 Shuttle Craft.
