Artifacts with unexplained properties are classified by any attribute which has been discovered. Each greek symbol denotes a particular quality of the artifact, allowing agents to quickly classify and understand the potential of any given artifact.

Symbol	Meaning	Notes
Delta	Can be used to travel in some way.	Must also be classified with Sigma and/or Tau.
Epsilon	Gives the ability to somehow change the shape or nature of matter.	Often seen with Sigma artifacts.
Mu	Defies conventional explanation and determined use magical energies.
Sigma	Has the ability to manipulate the shape of the fabric of space or the relationship between an objects (or its own) relationship with the space around it.
Tau	Has the ability to bend or otherwise alter the flow of time.	Often seen with Sigma artifacts and co-classified as Omega. Use extreme caution!
Upsilon	Unknown abilities or properties	Use extreme caution!
Omega	Incredibly dangerous artifacts of any other classification.	Do not handle or allow others to handle Omega artifacts without express approval in the presence of command personnel.
