Kokabiel was one of three brothers and angels, the other two being Satanael and Yeshua. His domain was the night, dreams, premonition, and the secrets of creation. Being the Eldest of the three he was also the Metatron and had command over all of God’s armies. Things however soon became complicated as God offered him power. He sat down to think on whether he should take it or reject it and left to earth in order to have time to come to a decision. Meanwhile his younger brother Satanael was offered the same power and tried to usurp God. The rebellion failed and the rebel angels were cast out of the upper heavens to a sky castle just below the moon. After that the youngest was also offered the same power but he capitulated and submitted to god. As such he was persecuted by the fallen angels, captured and crucified. The crucifixion of Yeshua was the final act of rebellion God tolerated and he cast the fallen angels into Hell. There they fell further from what they were, sinning and fully becoming demons. Kokabiel however was still deciding but this displeased God and for his lack of haste he banishes him from heaven. He was also marked for the fact that he did not take sides in the war in heaven. The mark was an eye on his forehead, it cursed him to be no longer of god. A curse that god would later use on Kain. The mark also served to have him be easily identified by the demons under Satanael. He was easily surrounded by the demons and Satanael himself bound him to a tablet. Fortunately Satanael was not as skilled in curses as Kokabiel despite the large power difference now that Kokabiel can no longer use power from God. He is able to project his essance beyond the tablet to alter its exterior and the conditions for dispelling the curse. | Kokabiel was one of three brothers and angels, the other two being Satanael and Yeshua.
