A largely unexplored star system in the same general region of space as the [[Schatten Star System]].  The system has 10 planets, only one of which has been properly named other than the standard system designation.  The fourth planet in the star system is named Rasalgethi, not to be confused with the star system which has the same name.  The system has been visited a number of times by probes but has never been visited by a manned exploration vessel though it is possible private vessels have visited the system perviously there is no record of such.

A largely unexplored star system in the same general region of space as the Schatten Star System.

The star itself is a standard K-type spectral classification double-star system with an orange-red color overall. The primary being that of Salah A (or HIP 97839) with it's partner being classified as Salah B, a much smaller companion star.

In addition to 10 planets the system has 2 asteroid belts, one inner just between the 2nd and 3rd planets and one outer just after the 8th planet.
