Special Abilities
This person can become so intensely attractive when in little or no clothes that they are a distraction to detrimental levels. This isn't simply being cute, sexy, or hot but goes beyond those things. Somehow their body in its natural state is able to distract the mind to such an intense degree that foes have trouble hitting the person with their attacks. This ability is most often something that is entirely passive and would have negative social impacts as well.
- Speak With the Dead: The Fallen may speak with a wraith, and the wraith must answer the Fallen's questions truthfully.
- Summon the Dead: The Fallen may summon wraiths to his side. Wraiths thus summoned may not leave on their own accord.
- Command the Dead: The Fallen can command a wraith to perform any action
- Anchor the Soul: The Fallen binds a soul into an object. This can be permanent or temporary, and may either serve as a prison or create an animate puppet that allows the soul to either serve its demonic master, or tend to unfinished business in the material world. This effect works on both mortal souls and incorporeal demonic souls, but demonic souls cannot realise their full potential while anchored in this fashion
- Restore the Dead: The Fallen transplants a wraith into a recently dead body, granting the deceased a second chance at life. This effect places a tremendous drain on the Fallen if it is supposed to last longer than a few days.
- Read Fate: The Fallen learns what caused a target's death, and may even witness the last few days before the death occurred.
- Decay: The Fallen causes an object to decay by touch. This will grievously hurt living creatures.
- Vision of Mortality: The Fallen inflicts a vision of death on the target to frighten it. This is one of the few evocations that works against Fallen, too.
- Unlife: The Fallen raises a dead body to do their bidding, though these walking-dead need tight supervision.
- Step Beyond the Veil: This evocation allows the Slayer to physically cross the barrier into the shadow world, a lifeless mirror image of the mortal world. Doing so allows the demon to travel vast distances in the shadow realm at the speed of thought and return to the physical world at a corresponding location
- Translate: The Fallen may speak with any mortal, regardless of language.
- Insinuate: The Fallen make mortals feel they can trust them. H
- Fade: The Fallen may make people ignore them, moving through crowds or entering places unnoticed.
- Manipulate Gravity: The Fallen may leap tremendous distances, hover, or fall without harm.
- Manipulate Adhesion: The Fallen may walk up walls or along ceilings, or cling to objects.
- Manipulate Inertia: The Fallen may throw objects over tremendous distances, or simply stop attacks dead.
- Manipulate Acceleration: The Fallen may move blindingly fast and pour their momentum into devastating close-combat attacks. This power is similar to the Discipline of Celerity (being the difference that Celerity does not transfer momentum to other objects or beings, thus not following the laws of physics).
- Manipulate Cohesion: The Fallen may alter the density of matter, allowing them to walk on water or evaporate stone or even flesh.
Apocalyptic Form
Apocalyptic Forms, or Visages, are the empowered forms of the Fallen and are reflections or shadows of both their true forms as well as their purpose in Creation.. A Fallen's Visage grants several abilities:
- Nigh-Invulnerability: The Fallen becomes resistant to lethal damage. As long as the Fallen are in their mortal forms, they are only as resilient as normal mortals.
- Supernatural Form: The Fallen changes appearance according to the general appearance of the Visage. The Namtar are silent, black-winged creatures wrapped in robes of mist. No matter how gentle and safe a Namtar acts, the form of death strikes fear into those who see it and are not prepared for it.
- Illusion Immunity: Demons have a high chance of seeing through any sensual deception.
- Mind-Control Immunity: Demonic minds cannot be controlled by other supernatural creatures or demons (with a few exceptions). Additionally, demons are immune to supernaturally induced fear and submission.
- Disease Immunity: Demons will never fall ill. If this power fails temporarily, the demon is instantly cured when the power resumes.
- Superhuman Strength: Demons can infuse their muscles with Aether to increase their strength.
- Decay Immunity: Demons do age, but their host body remains healthy and doesn't become useless.
- Toxin Resistance: Demons are highly resistant to toxins. Additionally, many types of injury that would leave permanent damage heals normally (e.g. burns).
- Magic Awareness: When the demon is in their demonic form they can sense the supernatural 'feel' of a place or person, and can sense the use of supernatural abilities within a radius of several miles if they are either actively looking for it or the ability is particularly powerful.
Background
Anadresh was a Reaper that joined Lucifer's rebellion. Like most Fallen Halaku Anadresh was uninterested in the war and more interested in humanity. They weeped when humanity became mortal and Anadresh was a part of the Slayers that defended Kâsdejâ and later Haven from loyal Reapers. She was cast into hell along with the other fallen. After sometime she was able to leave the void that was hell. As soon as she was free she went about exploring the new world in a mortal body. What she did next was abhorrent, she found a school and because of her newfound mortal body she sexually tortured the kids in a random class before she killed them. Using her powers to keep it a secret from the rest of the school. This didn’t fair well with the leader of the sins Kaito. She didn’t care and he beat her into submission. She took this defeat exceptionally well and even ended up becoming infatuated with him to the point of obsession. Kaito brought her before the Creator who gave her a choice, return to hell or join his group of defenders of creation. As a fallen angel she was seeking redemption or at least a way to return to her duties. Then there was the fact that Kaito would be the team leader. She accepted and was crowned the Sin of Lust because of the crimes she committed.
Rigormortis
Every Sin holds an artefact of power and Lust holds the spear known as Rigormortis. The spear allows her to extend her decay power into it, any mortal with prolonged physical contact with the speartip starts to have their flesh decay from the point of contact. In addition the spear returns to her hand on command and allows her to damage ethereal beings like ghosts.
