Joseline was once a carefree spirit, but is now looking to mature herself after a major falling out with her previous relationships. Once one of the many love interests of Kaito “Red Lightning” Senju, she has ended up on a journey to build a new identity for herself that she would be at peace with, after her breakup with her then-girlfriend Linda Crawford, and by extension, the whole of Kaito Senju’s household. The carefreeness of living with Kaito, while very financially and materially secure, left her as an empty husk of a person. She lived her days under his roof mindlessly engaging in empty luxuries and sex with whoever she could, while being restricted in what she could do in the world because of Kaito’s overprotective nature. After she left his household, she took a journey just shy of 2 years traveling the south-eastern United States and grieving over her loss, meditating on what she would now do in life, and slowly maturing as a person. With her return to Supernatural Chicago, she aims to make her life one that will never fall into stagnation again, where she can remain truly free and self-reliant.

Special Abilities

Joseline has all of the given strengths, weaknesses and biological functions associated with vampires, given to her when she was exposed to the VX Virus. She currently has latent magical abilities from the virus, but they are not yet realized or developed.

At the age of 23, Joseline went through a bizarre set of circumstances. At the end of it, she manifested the ability to summon what is known as a Stand, a physical manifestation of her fighting spirit. While a traditional Stand is unable to be seen by non-supernaturals, Joseline’s Stand is considered a part of her physical form, and manifests as an extension of her body. Thus, her Stand is able to be seen by everyone, including regular humans and other non-supernaturals. Also in contrast to other traditional Stands, her Stand is unable to shift between states of physical and incorporeal, and interracts with the world like everything else: normally.

Wasting Light is a versatile Stand of liquid that can be solidified and have its form manipulated to any degree the Master desires

Appearance

Wasting Light has three distinct forms, due to the nature of its ability. The first, default form is a dull and gray liquid with a vibrsnt rainbow pattern flowing across its surface, similar in look to an oil spill. The second form is a dark gray, tar-like substance with a less noticeable rainbow pattern on its surface. The last form is a solidified version of the Stand, turning jet black and having whatever rainbow pattern on it turn into a solid imprint. The solid form has a look and texture resembling cast iron. The Stand can vary between these three phases of solidity on a spectrum, getting darker and less transparent the more solid it becomes.

Through solidifying different parts of their Stand to various degrees across their body, the Master is able to make protective armor across their whole body. This armor takes the form of an exoskeleton, with solid covering over the chest, shoulders, elbows, hands, waist, knees, feet, and head to serve as joints. In between these joints is a single solidified bar of the Stand connecting them.

Phase Changing Trinity

Wasting Light is able to change its solidity and viscosity to any degree the Master wishes. Separate parts of the Stand can solidify differently from other parts. It can be as thin as water, as sticky and thick as tar, or as solid as metal. Its water form is fully manipulable by its Master, and allows the Master to interact with it as either a solid or a liquid, while everyone else simply interacts with it as a normal liquid. Its viscous form can act as a nearly inseparable adhesive, capable of sticking any two surfaces together with immense strength, whatever the Master wants it to adhere to. Its solid form is the most durable, strong enough to deflect bullets with no noticeable damage, but is unable to have its form manipulated without reverting back into a less solid form. All damage dealt to Wasting Light in its solid form will reflect the Master, but with its high durability, damage that isn’t significantly damaging or deforming to its form will be barely noticeable.

One With Fluidity

As a liquid, the Stand Master can melt their body to become one with Wasting Light. The Master can choose specific parts of their body to merge with the Stand, and have them emerge detached at other parts of the Stand that are in its liquid form. Among many different applications, the most common use is allowing the Master to partially merge with Wasting Light and travel quickly along solid surfaces (The Stand can travel up to 40 MPH/60KMH when traveling)

Pocket Storage

Wasting Light can merge any nonliving material into itself while it’s in its liquid or viscous form. The limit to how much can be stored in the Stand is as much as the Master can physically bear to carry. Anything stored inside of Wasting Light will act as a constant weight on the Master, leaving the Master mostly carrying small, light objects. Objects can only be ejected out of its storage in a liquid or viscous part of the Stand.

Exoskeleton Armor

Wasting Light is able to take the form of armor around its user. This armor is a mostly exposed exoskeleton, with solid coverings of certain body parts acting as joints for the connecting bars of the exoskeleton. These connecting bars are, at both ends, attached to the joints of the armor with less solid, more liquid and viscous forms of the Stand. This allows the connecting bars to slide around the joints and around the Master’s body, acting as a constantly moving deflector of physical harm. These connecting bars can move very quickly from one spot to another to block single forceful blows without the Master even needing to focus, as most Stands instinctively protect the Master from harm when they can. With high concentration, the Master can have these connecting bars spin at extremely fast speeds, With enough speed to deflect bullets before they can touch the user. This defensive strategy takes intense concentration and focus to maintain, so the Master will have much less coordinated and slower attacks on their end. The weak points of this armor are the helmet, as it is made up of a less solid form of the Stand’s fully solid form to avoid concussions, the neck, the upper forearms, which are simply a still bar connecting the shoulder and elbow joints, and hands, which are completely exposed on the palm side

Memory Recall

Joseline has practiced a way to cause small ripples in Wasting Light in its liquid form, manipulating its shape and rainbow pattern in small ways to show a vague image/set of images of whatever visual thoughts she has. It is not very accurate to giving smaller, specific details, like how a person looks or all items in a room, and is never fully representative of the visual thoughts Joseline has.
