Dallas is an Exo (Exomind), an artificial life form where a human mind has been uploaded into an artificial body. They are a new race amongst the human population that has gained prevalence within the population of Earth in his native Universe. Background

Dallas-5 as so he goes by from how many reboots he went through in his life. He started out as human until his conscience was transferred into a artificial brain and placed inside a new android body. He was captured some years later by a German crew known as Diesel Monkeys, a bunch of pirates stealing things. It's unknown how he ended up through the splice but the entire ship went through a splice and spat him out on the other end.
