Joseline was once a carefree spirit, but is now looking to mature herself after a major falling out with her previous relationships. Once one of the many love interests of Kaito “Red Lightning” Senju, she has ended up on a journey to build a new identity for herself that she would be at peace with, after her breakup with her then-girlfriend Linda Crawford, and by extension, the whole of Kaito Senju’s household. The carefreeness of living with Kaito, while very financially and materially secure, left her as an empty husk of a person. She lived her days under his roof mindlessly engaging in empty luxuries and sex with whoever she could, while being restricted in what she could do in the world because of Kaito’s overprotective nature. After she left his household, she took a journey just shy of 2 years traveling the south-eastern United States and grieving over her loss, meditating on what she would now do in life, and slowly maturing as a person. With her return to Supernatural Chicago, she aims to make her life one that will never fall into stagnation again, where she can remain truly free and self-reliant.

Abilities

Has two forms: One form is a very moldable, thin as water, yet very sticky liquid. The other form is a very tough, yet unmovable metal. The forms can switch between each other whenever the master wants to.

Power: C (Only the liquid form can harm anything, and it's by suffocation)
Speed: B/none (Liquid form: 40 mph, 60kph. Metal form: no speed)
Range: B (Liquid form: 30.5 meters, 100 ft.; After 20 meters, or 65 feet, the stand cannot turn into metal)
Durability: none/A (Liquid form: None, is considered the weak spot of the stand. Metal form: Can withstand the force of a cannon shot at 10 feet away, with only minor dents, master only gets damaged from full puncturing)
Precision: A (The master is easily able to control how the liquid form moves, and how the metal form is formed)
Potential: C (The stand itself cannot improve, but the master's creativity and uses of the stand is what makes the stand improve)

Important Notes

The volume of he stand in liquid form is 20 gallons of liquid
The metal form uses up the liquid form's volume to form. The metal form can only take up 5 gallons of the liquid form and can only stretch as far as 100ft sq.
The liquid form can travel into any crevice or crack, no matter how small
The stand master can emerge itself into the liquid form for transportation. In this state however, the stand cannot turn into metal and this leaves the master at his most vulnerable
The metal form takes whatever shape it wants to. After that though, it can't move from the spot it formed at, and can only be reshaped if it turns back into the liquid form. Also, it has to form on a surface, either the ground, walls, ceiling. It cannot form on the master or anything moving as a surface however
While the metal form of the stand can still damage the master once dented enough or punctured, the liquid form is easily damaged due to its low, water-like density and is considered the weak spot of the stand
The liquid form can hold up to one item as long as the master can carry it in his hands. The master doesn't count as the item it can hold if he emerges himself with the stand
The item that the stand can hold on to will turn it into a part of the stand itself. But it won't add to the stand's volume
If the master wants to have the stand hold onto a storage item (i.e. a backpack), as long as the master can hold it, all of the components in the storage item as well as the storage item itself will be held as one item. The same applies to anything being held together by separate parts (i.e. a handgun)
The liquid form is separable into as many pieces as the master wants. However the metal form cannot be 2 or more separate pieces, it must all be connected together as one
However much metal is made from the liquid form, an equal amount of liquid must be attached to the metal (i.e 5 gallons of liquid turn into metal, 5 more gallons need to be attached to that metal. The other 10 gallons can be separated from there)
While the stand can only mold one item into itself, its sticky properties as a liquid allow it to hold pretty much anything, though there's a weight limit of 120 pounds as to what it can hold. Plus the items it holds can be taken away from the stand's grasp

-Joseline Tenjo is a woman of high joy and optimism for the world around her, but more often than not of pecimism to herself when she is even partly at fault of something. She is often described as being a child, and would show such traits when being happy, often having an overjoyous tone. Even though she is one to defend herself in a fight, and can take a situation as seriously as anyone else if necessary, Joseline will, more often than not, try to find ways to spare people and leave with as little blood on her hands as possible. The innevitablilty of killing people in the process comes with her want, however, and as Joseline has travelled across the United States, she is sooner or later brought into a situation where there is an unavoidable fatality awaiting her. Joseline absolutely hates killing people, but will if she has to
-Before she came under the wing and eventual love of [[Kaito “Red lightning” Senju]], Joseline was a sort of mercanary for the US government, often sent out to try and apprehend criminals, some ending up dead die to their stubborness or power compared to Joseline’s. These criminals killed were mostly supernaturals. The main reason she took upthis kind o job whenever she could, was because of her being homeless until recent 2018. She merely travelled the country as a hitchhiker for a year, not having any one place to call home, so any money she could have made along the way for food and staying clean helped her immensely along with her morality being nurtured and practiced in the process. However, since her romantic partnership with [[Kaito Senju]], she had slowly disappeared as a hired criminal catcher for the government. Now, Joseline only helps whomever she can within [[Supernatural Chicago]], despite her want for as least deaths as possible within a criminal society and heroic attitude in a fight being seen as a foolish way to look at the world to the thugs and gangs of the city.
