Prone to taking things literally 88 is has kind and caring personality and is prone to put itself in harm's way to protect others. He likes flowers.
Special Skills
Alchemy used by 88 is built upon the basis of equivalent exchange. The process is powered by the life force he stores within himself.
Special Abilities
88 has the ability to drain and give life force from and to any living animal including humans only through direct contact. 88 also serves as a storage medium of this life force. The life force taken is something living things are able to naturally produce themselves. Depending on how much and how fast the drain or giving is 88 can kill someone or bring them back from the brink of death. 88’s power cannot be used to revive anything that is dead.
Background
88 Was created by an alchemist named Adrian Hunt dabbling in creating artificial servants for his laboratory. His efforts garnered limited success but it was enough to put him on the radar of many occult organizations. 88 was, as implied, the eighty eighth such experiment and the first one to have true sentience. He helped his creator in trying to recreate the experiment or even to copy the powers 88 had with no success. Hunt eventually abandoned 88 never to be seen again. 88 stayed in the makeshift laboratory where he was created trying fruitlessly to recreate what had given him sentience in the hopes that his creator would return happy.
