Lance can be easily described as an arrogant son of a bitch and is described as that and more colorfully than that often. He can be an amazing and brilliant tactician, able to see far beyond the obvious and get to the heart of a problem. If he is truly arrogant (and he is), it is because he has unwavering confidence in his own abilities. He likes to think he commands respect, but more often than not he commands more fear than respect. He holds himself in very tight control, having a demon bound to his soul it is always a danger that he will lose that control and release the demon to wreak havoc on the world in his own body. He is at times unstable but tries very hard to be a better person, especially after the death of his 1st wife in 2018. He doesn't believe there is any problem he cannot overcome and when all else fails he shoots first and asks questions later. His method of dealing with conflict is to have an overwhelming show of force.
Personally he dislikes most people and hates vampires. Normal people do not interest him at all, he does not like those who have no idea what goes on in the world around them. Vampires have always been a specific target for him, he would very much love to kill all of them on sight. He does not, however, as he has found them to be damned useful at times and occasionally one comes along that seems special and breaks through the hatred.
Professionally, Lance holds a very powerful position and does not like to answer to anyone. Though he's not stupid, he knows he has people to answer to and works hard to stay under the radar, even when he goes off on a personal mission somewhere he is careful to set the stage and do as he likes. He has a long-standing but low-key war with the CIA, not trusting them to know their ass from a hole in the ground, but they are often forced to work together and a person cannot burn every bridge so he tolerates them as much as he has to.

== Personal History == | |||
Lance has lived an exciting life, appearing to be in his mid 20's most don't realize his true age. Joining the military during the early years of Vietnam, being transferred to the Special Projects division early on. He has lived in a varied list of places including France, Germany, Vietnam, England, Australia, Russia, and the USA. He was twice married, the first time to a Candy Ellery who was a fellow military officer and then to an Angel Montgomery who was also a military operative. Both were killed in the line of duty.
=== First Marriage === | |||
Later Lance became involved with several creatures of the night, the vampire Uriah and another called Spook. Though after some amount of time with each, they both left him. The conflicts between his work for the US Navy and relationships with the supernatural girls became too stressful to continue the relationship each time. Eventually he met another woman, Kylaria McNalley, whom stole his heart during one of the darkest periods in his life. He married her in 2015.
After only 3 years, in 2018, Kylaria died. Expecting her to come back to life -- she carried within her the essence of the Phoenix -- he was not terribly hurt at first. Then, the essence departed from her mortal body and left leaving her dead. It took him a long time to get over her, not until 2021 did he really start to live again. At that point, he had a smattering of partners during that dark time, including a Ghoul and very nearly a reaper.
=== The Twin Dolls === | |||
On the eve of 2022 he found himself in possession of a living doll, a servant from the Serenity Asylum that he purchased from them. The doll as interesting, undoubtably feminine but he soon learned there were two distinct personalities at work inside her, Cylindra and Rebecca. They wanted to serve him and so he used the Aeternexa and bonded to them both, also giving them the means to change shape and look normal -- and to be whatever he wanted them to be. On their first night of pleasure together, the two split into twin dolls, each his equal slave and worshiping him.
=== Second Marriage ===
2022 was a busy year for Lance Thomas. A chance meeting in a rather unsavory club had him meet a dancer named Emilia Malone. While the Twins were companions of a sort, there was always something missing from them. He had gotten even deeper into the BDSM side of life and lines of morality / between personal and professional life were getting blurred. Meeting Emilia she seemed desperate to go home with him, he could feel her need to do dangerous things and then felt her connection as a Vampiric Servant to James Henry McDaniel, pulling the information directly out of her mind.
Lance took her home with him to Harlow House and had his way with her. It was supposed to be just some fun sex, she was different though. Whatever quality a person had to click with him, she had. Somehow, against all odds, he fell for her. The same way he'd fallen for Kylaria years before. So, he made her his, she begged him to take her and take her away from James. Using his powers he did exactly that and collared her himself that night. In the act of love making, they forged a unique connection which severed her previous bond and formed one with him, tainting her with his own demon much the same way the Twins had been corrupted, but to a lesser extend. This gave Emilia new abilities, particularly Pyromancy and other psionic powers. Within a few weeks, he married her on the beach in Los Angeles at a private ceremony. They were unaware at the time, but within her was growing his child. A child that was also altered by the strange bond forged between them when he broke the bond with James.
=== Children === | |||
On September 25th of 2022, Lance and Emilia had twins. A boy Oliver Nathan Thomas and a girl Arlette Myriam Thomas. The twins developed and grew rapidly, Emilia gave birth within just a few months of becoming pregnant. The children developed rapidly into young adults, teenagers, until their bodies reached physical maturity when growth slowed.
=== Special Projects ===
Early in his career he was transferred to Special Projects. At this time he was enlisted in an experimental program to use supernatural forces to augment a soldiers abilities. There were a great many failures but eventually the research team was able to mix science and the occult. The end result of this was an attempt to pull otherworldly energy and infuse it into a soldier's body. The project was thought to be a success, successfully using the mix of science and occult symbols to bring forth the exact kind of energy they wanted. Several tests were done with fatal results that confirms the scientists assumptions. Each time someone's body was infused with the energy pulled forth, it grew stronger, faster, most capable but each time the body would ultimately burn within hours.
Lance had volunteered at the start of the project not knowing what was in store. The project was already headed for shut-down after so many deaths when the lead researcher attempted one final time to bring forth the super-soldier he had promised the Pentagon. Lance was secured to the center of the testing chamber, the researcher adjusted the settings for this final attempt. The result was Lance was infused with this supernatural energy. His body didn't change as much as the others had at first. The reality was the energy being pulled forth wasn't just latent power to be used or mastered by man.
It was something else, some say it was demonic energy from the depths of hell, others called it chaos given from. Whatever the energy was, it did not burn him, but expanded his mind and body, his aging stopped at 25. He got the abilities and strength the research project was after but at a cost, his sanity. |

Personal History
Lance has lived an exciting life, appearing to be in his mid 20's most don't realize his true age. Joining the military during the early years of Vietnam, being transferred to the Special Projects division early on. He has lived in a varied list of places including France, Germany, Vietnam, England, Australia, Russia, and the USA. He was twice married, the first time to a Candy Ellery who was a fellow military officer and then to an Angel Montgomery who was also a military operative. Both were killed in the line of duty.
First Marriage
The Twin Dolls
On the eve of 2022 he found himself in possession of a living doll, a servant from the Serenity Asylum that he purchased from them. The doll as interesting, undoubtably feminine but he soon learned there were two distinct personalities at work inside her, Cylindra and Rebecca. They wanted to serve him and so he used the Aeternexa and bonded to them both, also giving them the means to change shape and look normal -- and to be whatever he wanted them to be. On their first night of pleasure together, the two split into twin dolls, each his equal slave and worshiping him.
Second Marriage
Children
On September 25th of 2022, Lance and Emilia had twins. A boy Oliver Nathan Thomas and a girl Arlette Myriam Thomas. The twins developed and grew rapidly, Emilia gave birth within just a few months of becoming pregnant. The children developed rapidly into young adults, teenagers, until their bodies reached physical maturity when growth slowed.
Special Projects
