Personality
Cade is curious and fond of acting zany. He is outspoken and wild, but is capable of being serious when the need arises. He takes his medical duties very seriously, especially where saving a life is concerned.
Background
Cade was originally a combat medic serving under the Azmonian army during the 3rd Wastelander War. While in the desert surrounding the city, Cade’s unit was massacred by a bandit group and Cade was left abandoned in the desert. He managed to make his way back to civilisation while subsisting on desert mushrooms, which may count for his eccentricities.
