Originally named the SS Nixon with the same registry number, it was used as a small supply transport until it was heavily damaged in an ion storm near Vega Colony.  The ship was offered as scrap/salvage to [[Orion Dentron]] who then contracted to [[Ronin Shipyards]] to refit the vessel for several quantities of ore and raw materials.

[[Ronin Shipyards]] still has an open account as Mr. Dentron owes them 500 kg of Polonium Ore and another 1000 kg of Titanium Ore.  Though due to his mental status with the [[United Federation of Planets]], [[Solas Tempus]] has flagged the account as inactive and decided not to press legal charges to balance the account.

The ship is a registered salvage and tow vessel with the UFP.
