The Healer's Lute is a medical transport vessel currently awaiting assignment at the [[Umbral Shipyards]].  Construction was completed on May 3rd, 2385, her construction was designed to accommodate the newer [[Refit Guidelines#Daedalus Class|Refit Guidelines]] for that class of ship as a science vessel.  As part of her construction she has been equipped with enhanced quarantine systems and tertiary life support systems for the medical facilities.
