The spell list here is ported from an SRD and thus spell levels are used to denote spell difficulty. We do not use spell levels in game, but they are given for a reference to the original documentation. Spell descriptions can be found here and here, they come from 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons by Wizards of the Coast.
