Zachary is a researcher of anomalous science and study. He is a graduate of Cambridge University and holder of 4 PhDs. Born to the British High Commissioner to India, Dr Banks was a prodigal student graduating the top of his class of Medicine in Cambridge. By his mid twenties he had been recruited by the Foundation, much of his career covered in black tape.
