To pacify them and satisfy his own restless desires, Vyrnix spent his early centuries engaging in the exploratory, transient relationships typical of young Azdrahyun, all while focusing on mastering his magic.		During his Naming Flight, this instability caused a disaster. Trying to synchronize his flight pattern with a developing supercell, Vyrnix lost control of his magic. He triggered severe electrical storms that cascaded into the mortal valleys below. The resulting dissonance in the world's resonance left him with deep internal tension. Acknowledging the danger he posed to the natural flow, Vyrnix isolated himself to force his nature into submission.

During an experiment in a secluded cavern, the conflicting forces reached critical mass and tore a localized rift in reality. Unable to anchor himself, Vyrnix was pulled into the anomaly and cast out of his territory into the mortal realms.
