In his personal life Victor has a lot of barely-friends, people he likes and that like him but he keeps them at arms length most of the time, he puts on a bit of a show for them, being awesome as a pastime. For those that can crack past this exterior he is actually a pretty nice guy, still loves attention but the lovable interior comes out, it isn't exactly how he projects it though - he has the heart of a poet. He loves to be on stage and for his true friends, they become part of the play. He tends to be a whirlwind when first accepting someone this way and sucks people into his world with his rules and his vision. He doesn't want to hurt people, but people are mutable and sometimes he has trouble not seeing others as tools.

Professionally, Victor has tempered some of his more negative habits. Still an extrovert he resists the urge to play with people and his dramatic side. He's very creative and adept at making his crew feel at home through friendliness, having never been much of an authoritarian to work under, this is how he builds loyalty. He doesn't let his guard down well with his crew, though most often his crew does not know and feels they know him. He's a risk taker and prides himself on getting job done at whatever the cost.
