			[[Vident Obscura]] who are commissioned officers or contractors will also follow these rules when in uniform. In this case the commanding officer will set uniform requirements and often Vident [[Obscura]] agents will not wear a uniform even if they are commissioned. This is at the discretion of their commanding officer in Obscura. This is also true for insignia, an officer of Vident Obscura will generally have a commissioned rank in another division and then be assigned to the group, and thus will wear a [[Solas Tempus Insignia\|Solas Tempus insignia]]. It is permissible to have the Obscura insignia patch displayed, at the discretion of the organization. Most often they have an ID or badge which is usually kept out of sight until needed.
