	The Serpents Reach is a pair of items. Combined they form a method for control of another person. However, control must be given freely through a promise or oath to do what the person says, anything the person says. Once given, the collar will form into a snake and circle itself around the neck of the new slave, when it circles entirely it will click and form itself into solid gold of masterwork quality. It cannot be removed by any terrestrial means, forged out of extrapljnar gold, a mixture of gold said to be from the gates of heaven along with gold said to be from the throne of lucifer. 			To engage the artifact, the owner must put on the ring and then the slave must willfully give control to the Master in the form of a promise or oath. Once said, the collar changes into a golden snake and when put around the neck of the slave, will form into the collar, sealing itself there before turning back to gold. Once the collar is secured around the neck of the slave, they must obey direct orders from the Master. This does not mean the slave must do everything the Master says, but only those things which are directly phrased as orders or commands. In those cases, the slave has no choice but to obey. If they refuse, they will be inflicted with unimaginable pain until they agree to obey. A lie to obey will not suffice, they must actually resign themselves to obey the command and mean to do so.
