She got along well with the crew but had been considering seeking a transfer. When Admiral D'Amico took over the ship, she decided to stay on. In its new role the vessel would be used less frequently and allow her more time to pursue personal interests. To this end, Admiral D'Amico allows her to take the vessel out when it's not in use for extended periods of time.
