	The Emerald Dragonfly completed construction on July 15th, 2386 at the [[Umbral Shipyards]]. She is a long range scout vessel built for minimal crew. Soon after construction the AI [[Jules Bordel]] was selected as the ships [[MSAI]] and assigned temporary command pending vessel assignment. Jules completed the shakedown cruise July 17th, 2386 and all ship systems are operational. Her sister ship the [[STV Sapphire Hornet]] was also completed on the same day.
