In a the 200X, Tadashi Hikari invest his time into innovating computer and internet technologies and invents the PET and the NetNavi AIs. Thou the cannon of these universe don't dive into the events that closely as the character in the universe just take these devices for granted and don't explore history much. One can conquer that this is the [[cyberspace]] parallel too Dr.Light's research into sentient robots in the "Classic" Megaman universe.
