This is a thin tri-colored gold chain that when clasped around a persons neck cannot be removed without a spell to remove the curse.

The necklace causes the wearer to fixate on a single impulse to do something they would normally resist and makes it impossible to resist that impulse until that impulse is completed. This happens when the necklace is touched, either by someone else or by the wearer (separate from it touching their skin because it is being worn).

The chain can otherwise not be broken.
