			Wasting Light is able to change its solidity and viscosity to any degree the Master wishes. Separate parts of the Stand can solidify differently from other parts. It can be as thin as water, as sticky and thick as tar, or as solid as metal. Its water form is fully manipulable by its Master, and allows the Master to interact with it as either a solid or a liquid, while everyone else simply interacts with it as a normal liquid. Its viscous form can act as a nearly inseparable adhesive, capable of sticking any two surfaces together with immense strength, whatever the Master wants it to adhere to. Its solid form is the most durable, strong enough to deflect bullets with no noticeable damage, but is unable to have its form manipulated without reverting back into a less solid form.
