			Within 5 years after the end of the war, he took the place of the covert operative who perviously oversaw all of the operations of Section 31, only known as Luther Sloan, though it is unknown if that was the man's real name. In the aftermath the organization was in some amount of disarray, splitting into factions. In 2378 Graves was promoted to Admiral and positioned himself to take over the vast network of individuals and reforged the organization with the help of an organization known as Onyx.
