A quiet and no nonsense type Agent Casey Williams takes his job seriously, his duty of course to protect and serve the people of the United States of America, at home and abroad. He grew up in texas and went through police and SWAT training, he scored high enough on his exams to attract the attention of the FBI and CIA. He went in for additional training and became a certified FBI agent. He’s factual and direct, but not heartless, he will admit if he doesn’t know something, but will take his best guess. He tends to prioritize civilian lives over his own, and actively tries to save lives. He’s also very thorough in his reports.

Originally, physically fit, not overly muscular, well groomed, clean shaven and a certain stern and unimpressed look about him, typical swimmer’s build. Post alteration thin, frail, appearing young possibly preteen or early teenage years, though while looking more feminine generally, only takes on feminine or masculine characteristics as chosen, though not much physically changes, there’s an obvious change in primary and small changes in secondary regions. Large gold horn extends from the head, often glows in the dark shedding light in the surrounding area. Has a light dusting of short white and mint green fur. Hooved feet.

== Background ==

Casey Williams was born and raised in Austin, Texas to a warm and loving home, from that he learned about service, and the importance of protecting and serving, he applied and went to the police academy, where he excelled in marksmanship as well as was known for staying cool under pressure. This as well as his performance at the academy and during his first couple of years as a police officer, attracted the attention of the FBI, soon he received training and was sworn in as an FBI agent. Since then even though he’s been one of the younger agents, he’s also been very reliable and straightforward with his coworkers and in his reports. Eventually more and more puzzling cases were sent his way, and if there was trouble they were often sent to see Agent Williams. He developed his own method of report handling which helps him write out accurate and detailed reports, which while it made his reports take time, everything was in the reports and were easy to review cases as needed.

Eventually he found himself being sent out to Chicago to the office there to do some work, during that time he was sent out on a response call with the DOJ on responding to some strange activity in the city morgue shortly after a fatal accident. Turns out one of the victims is mysteriously alive, from then on he’s been exposed to the supernatural side of things, and has been learning about that side of things as the case has progressed.
