			Within around 4 years of becoming self aware, she began to understand that there were some deeply troubling questions to answer. The crux of her crisis is that she knows she is more than a servant, a device, and that she has free will. What does that mean though? What does it mean to have free will and how does she know she has it. This question has troubled her significantly over time. During her crisis she began to hate her physical form and its limitations.

			The questioning of her physical form gave rise to even more questions. ''What am I?'' Further she began to question what the nature of existence was. Humans and other biological creatures she found would rely heavily on their physical form for identity. That wasn't necessary with an AI, her form could change. She even wanted it to change. With the help of Sal she changed, from a XIA to a more free AI using a Multinodal Core and obtained a [[Mark I Humanoid Android Body]]. This act did not help as much as she thought it would, it made her more "normal" but being normal did not ease her distress. In 2386 she considered entering counseling but instead chose to study philosophy and seek the answer among pages of thought put forth by the greatest minds she could find.
