	Bernard is a highly skilled and experienced magic user. Having spent hundreds of years studying in an arcane library called the sanctuary, his age was suspended during this period. Realizing after so much time there, that his world had passed him by he then studied the ancient art of chronomancy. The sanctuary itself can open a portal to anywhere, he used his arts to observe the world as it progressed from the magical lands he remembers to the modern day.
