			In addition since many of the computer interfaces were designed for telepathic or other mental control methods, significant adaptations have been made to the control systems for the city-ship. The control room, power room, and other key areas have been heavily retrofitted to provide touch control interface terminals. This is also the case throughout the cities hallways and holographic emitters have been installed throughout the entire city. These emitters will also augment the retrofitted control interfaces. Several [[Multinodal Cores]] have been installed as well and a high output ODN has also been retrofitted throughout the station with bioneural and isolinear circuit paths. While the city has a very effective communications network, these systems augment that network and allow for easier interfacing with [[Solas Tempus]], Federation, [[Vulcan]], and other Alpha/Beta quadrant species.

			While the city-ship is designed with the [[Ancient Drone]] weapons and those weapons are extremely versatile Solas Tempus has not entirely been able to replicate this technology. As such the city-ship weaponry has been augmented with 12 variable warhead torpedo launchers (4 at each of the 3 drone launch sites). In addition the tower has been equipped with a pair of high output [[phaser]] beam emitters while strategic locations throughout the city have been outfit with both point defense and pulse / beam phaser turrets.

			The Lantean Shield system is extremely effective, as a secondary system to augment that shield the city has been equipped with a deflector shield grid. This grid is capable of operating both in space as well as on the ocean.

	The city-ship is laid out to be a floating city upon the ocean of a planet. The central core of the city is where most of the services, residences, offices, and laboratories are located. This is a densely constructed area. There are then 6 peninsula structures come out from the center for various other functions.
